Institute of Physics is the leading scientific society with over 2000 members, promoting physics and bringing physicists together for the benefit of all. The Institute of Physics in Ireland operates in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland on an ‘all island’ basis. They aim to promote the role of physics in society, covering education, health, the environment, and technology.
